Homemade fresh pasta – Easily create cool pasta
There are many variations in recipes for fresh pasta house is one of the easiest ways – to follow it takes time and great pasta!
Ingredients: (enough for two people)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 / 4 teaspoon salt cup
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large bowl or food processor and mix well, the dough should stick together when pressed with fingers, the texture should be a bit of uncooked rice. If too dry, add a little water, or is too sticky add a little flour.
Step 2
Shape into a ball and leave it in the bowl, cover with a damp cloth for about 10 minutes. Dust your work surface with some flour and knead until smooth, which should take 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Now it's time to roll the dough. Set target = "_blank"> mass machine thickest setting. Take 1 / 3 of dough and roll with a rolling pin so it is thin enough to fit in the machine. Place dough in the machine 3 times, rotate and bend each time. Turn the machine to its next position (one step thinner) and put the same piece of dough in the machine within 3 times. Repeat for all configurations of width of the machine. The pasta is getting thinner.
Step 4
Now we will have a smooth sheet over pasta. Place on the table and cut into desired length, about 10 inches long. Lightly sprinkle flour. Now pass the pasta sheet through the cut on the other side of the pasta machine. Adjust the width of cut according to your preferences, for example, a value of 1 / 8 "will linguine, 1 / 4 "fettucini. Turn the handle with one hand with your other hand to take the finished pasta.
Step 5
Place dough on a cloth clean about, trying to keep the strands separate as possible. Let dry for an hour or two.
To cook the pasta, add 1 tablespoon of salt a large pot with boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Tips
The following tips will help you make perfect homemade pasta around time:
- The color of the pasta is easy, simply add the tomato puree and spinach pasta dough red or green. You also can make the dough by the addition of black squid ink.
- Leaving the rest of the dough before kneading, make sure you cover the bowl with a damp cloth or wrap the dough well on a film to prevent drying.
- No need to add oil to the pan to cook the pasta. Stirring occasionally will prevent paste.
- Do not cook the pasta for more than 3 minutes. Overcooking will ruin your pasta! Once cooked, eat it immediately with your favorite sauce, you should not allow to cool.
