How warm the ham and smoked whole turkey
Well, what a couple of smoked ham and a couple of turkeys for the holidays Easter with your friends this weekend. Since I had to cook 36 hours in advance, I thought it might be a good idea to offer some tips on how to warm up these beauties, while that keeps them moist.

How To reheat a whole turkey smoked
First, I always start with a brine Turkey. For instructions to brine turkey, visit my blog. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place turkey in roasting pan with 1 cup chicken broth or juice, low sodium apple. Brush a little more olive skin to keep it nice. Then cover tightly with foil and stick it in the oven.
For a small turkey, 12 pounds 14, it should give about 1 1 / 2 to 2 hours, a great need 2 to 2 1 / 2 hours to heat.
Cook for about 60 minutes, spray with the pan juices, cover with foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes or until the i internal temperature reaches 150F. The internal temperature should reach only 150 degrees because it is already cooked. Cut and enjoy!
Once you have warmed turkey, I suggest you cut all the leftover meat from the bones and store in airtight containers, or freeze immediately.

Warm ham
The objective is to heat the ham without drying. The best way is to place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Add water to bottom of the pot and cover with the whole paper, cut side down. Bake at 325 degrees F for 16-20 minutes per pound until a meat thermometer registers 135 degrees F.
Separate ham and applying nail polish increase heat to 400 degrees F and bake for 15-20 minutes until most of it brown glaze. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
If you really want to go to "next level" Carefully brush glaze a bit between each layer of the spiral cut (although not the ham) before conclude.
It's hard work, but it makes a difference!
Method slow cooker to heat Ham
First, make sure the ham is fit into the slow cooker. If so, put it cut side down and top with the glaze ingredients. You can also simply add a little broth, apple juice, cider or chicken, about 1 cup is enough.
Cover and simmer for 5-8 hours until the ham is hot.
If you want the glazed ham, move the clay pot on a tray and cover with icing, the oven rack out less, and to grill for 10-15 minutes, watching carefully, until glaze is golden.
My favorite ice:
2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups cup of peaches (with syrup), drained
1 cup brown sugar
C. 1 soup Stubbs Mesquite Liquid Smoke
1 package spice glazed ham (which come with ham)
Combine pineapple and peach in a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
Lead lower to a simmer and reduce by half, stirring frequently.
