Border Reivers – Union of England and Scotland threatened
No one is sure of year of birth of William Armstrong of Kinmont. Given the events of 1596 and the probability that he was in middle age, the beginning of the 1540's could be the moment she entered this world. The year of Birth is as pure fancy. The consequences

The diplomatic dispute between the ambassadors different and the two monarchs lasted more than a year. Elizabeth demanded that the Buccleuch must be returned to England for orchestrating the rescue, while James VI, fearful losing the support of the aristocracy, was reluctant to do so. Lord Scrope Thomas Graham insisted that English should be punished to the full extent of the law by betrayal and complained that they are not, who would rule in the West of England Mars, the Director or the British government.
Sir Walter Scott of Buccleuch was finally more than English and warded in Berwick, but no action was taken against him. As usual in the boundaries of time, the heat is out of the situation, but not before loyalty tension between England and Scotland was once more severely tested.
Kinmont Willie? Kidnapping continued for many in a day and died in his bed at about 1603.
